I recently stayed at a great hotel in Playa del Carmen, perfect for those looking to escape big resorts. The hotel had a family condominium feel, with a private beach just across the street. The rooms were spacious and had a complete kitchen. There were also plenty of great restaurants and stores nearby. I would definitely book this hotel again!

We had a fantastic stay at The Elements with a spacious condo, equipped with all the essentials. The gym facility had a breathtaking view and top-notch equipment. Miguel, the contact person, was always available and addressed all our concerns promptly. His recommendations made our two-week stay in Playa del Carmen truly enjoyable. The beach club area was a great place for relaxation, and Miguel even arranged a very affordable and relaxing massage for us. we had a wonderful time and would recommend The Elements for families with kids.

From start to finish, our Christmas stay was amazing! We were warmly greeted and shown around the property. The panoramic view from our penthouse was breathtaking and we enjoyed meals on our two patios. The location was close to excellent restaurants and a variety of activities. We also loved the modern furnishings and the amenities such as fast wifi, Netflix, and expanded TV channels.

Our stay was not without its issues. The property was dirty upon arrival and required several hours of cleaning.

We had a lovely stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were big and comfortable, and having two bathrooms was a plus. The hotel grounds were well-maintained, and we enjoyed relaxing by the nice and big swimming pool. The ocean view from our apartment was simply breathtaking.

The beach conditions during our stay were not ideal due to the brown algae. However, this was not the hotel's fault, as the entire area was affected.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is very close to the beach and within walking distance to the main street of the city. Guests can enjoy long walks down the beach, and there are several restaurants along the shoreline that offer reasonable prices for delicious seafood. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Additionally, there is a small beach with umbrellas and chairs for guests to relax and enjoy the sun.

Some guests have mentioned that the pool area lacks sunshine due to the U-shape form of the property.

I stayed at this place for a family vacation and it was perfect! The location is amazing, right next to the beach and within walking distance to all the action. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The staff were fantastic, always ready to help and provide excellent service. The pool and gym facilities exceeded my expectations. I had a wonderful experience here.

The hotel is clean with nice grounds and a beautiful pool. It is located close to the very last meters of the long beach and just a short walk to 5th street. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

During our Easter vacation, we had a great experience with some complementary facts that were offered. the fast Wi-Fi connection speed was a plus, and secondly, the fully-equipped kitchen in our condo saved us money on eating out. The location was ideal, and we were able to explore the nearby restaurants. We also enjoyed walking to the nearby beach. Additionally, the rooftop bar was a great place to relax and have a drink while enjoying the beautiful ocean view.

The seaweed on the beach left an unpleasant smell and made it difficult to enjoy our time in the sand. We hope that the management will be able to find ways to mitigate the seaweed problem before next year.

My family and I had a wonderful Thanksgiving vacation at this beachfront condo hotel. We were pleasantly surprised when we received two complimentary breakfast vouchers upon check-in, which we promptly used at the onsite restaurant. the location was also ideal with easy access to several great restaurants, souvenir shops, and a supermarket all within walking distance. the best part was definitely the direct access to the beach which offered stunning views of the ocean and breathtaking sunsets.

The beach was unusable due to the overwhelming amount of seaweed.
